Previously, Admiralty has sponsored real estate investment funds; provided financing for the recapitalization of commercial projects; and acted as principal in the redevelopment of the historic Davol Square complex in Providence, Rhode Island. Admiralty’s current investment focus is investing preferred equity in commercial real estate projects with strong sponsorship, often in conjunction with other family offices. Affiliates of Admiralty Realty own interests in multi-family properties in the Eastern Seaboard; in master-planned communities on the West Coast; and in select homebuilding operations in ski areas in the Western U.S.
