In 2004, the principal of Meyer Ventures founded Extend Health, Inc. a leading provider of health benefits solutions to corporate America. Admiralty Realty Management, LLC is a real estate investment company focused on strategic real estate opportunities. Previously, Admiralty has sponsored real estate investment funds; led the recapitalization and/or redevelopment of numerous commercial properties nationally; acted as principal in the redevelopment of historic mill properties in New England; engaged in high-end homebuilding operations in select ski areas in Utah. Admiralty’s current investment focus is investing preferred equity in commercial real estate projects with strong sponsorship, often in conjunction with other family offices. Affiliates of Admiralty currently own interests in multifamily properties along the Eastern Seaboard; in industrial real estate portfolios in the East and Midwest; in master-planned, mixed-use communities on the West Coast; and in select other projects nationally and internationally alongside commercial real estate investment sponsors and funds with which Admiralty has established strategic relationships.
