CRITICAL MENTION TO BECOME PART OF ONCLUSIVE
Oaklins DeSilva+Phillips’ client, Critical Mention, a leader in media monitoring, will become part of Onclusive, a newly formed global partner for PR and communications success. The move combines Critical Mention’s media monitoring and media contact database tools with Onclusive’s suite of market-leading global media monitoring, measurement and management solutions.
Onclusive was formed at the start of this year following the merger of Kantar’s Reputation Intelligence business, PRgloo and the legacy Onclusive business.
Jay Kirsch, Partner at Oaklins DeSilva+Phillips commented: “Don Yount and his team built a product and team that resonated across the market. The teams at STG and Onclusive were great to work with on the process. They are building a world class global suite of solutions that will be a force to reckon with.”
Critical Mention’s existing clients can continue to access their products and services as usual. Soon, clients will be able to benefit from the wider Onclusive offer.
Commenting on the acquisition, CEO at Onclusive, Manuel Moerbach said: “We are delighted to bring on board Critical Mention at this exciting point in our journey, integrating their technology and expertise into our business. This acquisition reinforces our mission, to work closely with our clients as we strive to deliver the world’s most respected media intelligence service. We are constantly seeking opportunities to build upon and improve the service we offer to PR and Communications professionals around the world.”
