Artisanal Brewing Ventures (“ABV”) was founded in 2014 as an operations platform for the craft beer industry. Their portfolio of brands includes Southern Tier, Victory, Bold Rock, and Sixpoint. Ocean Road participated in ABV’s formation in 2014 through our partner Ulysses Management.
